An evening visit to Chew Valley Lake where we saw the female Ring-necked Duck again, a Common Tern, 21 Black Terns, 8 Common Sandpipers, 6 Green Sandpipers and 2 Spotted Redshanks.

On the Galapagos Islands, 4 new birds seen today.

After a late night, up before dawn on Skomer, to record the Manx Shearwaters leaving. Later, seeing much the same as yesterday plus Gannets.

Another visit to Northwick Warth and Pilning Wetlands seeing 2 Wheatears, 2 Grey Wagtails, 2 Little Egrets, 3 Wood Sandpipers, 60+ Dunlin and Ringed Plovers, a few Redshank, 4 Black-tailed Godwits, several Lapwing, a Common Sandpiper, a Snipe, Curlew, a Todds Canada Goose in with the flock of Canada Geese and lots of Swallows and martins.
