On the 28th September:

1975

Overnight in Cornwall, in the morning we went to Porthgwarra, only seeing a Sparrowhawk, 2 Chiffchaffs, 2 Goldcrests, a Grey Wagtail, a Bullfinch and several fledgling Dunnocks.

We returned to Stithians Reservoir, but it was very quite, the best being 2 Ruff and c10 Golden Plovers.

At Marazion Marsh it was similarly quite, but we did see a roost of 2000+ Starlings coming into the reeds.
